1/12/19 - This is the milking station. Hacienda Chan Chan currently produces around 300 liters (about 80 gallons) of milk per day. Most of that milk gets picked up and sold to the local milk plant, while a portion of it is turned into cheese, yogurt and butter..

1/12/19 - We sept one afternoon just looking around the dairy. Passing this pen and behind a wooden fence, we found a huge mama pig and 5 baby piglets. Three of them stayed so close to the wall I couldn't get a picture of them. But aren't they the cutest things!
