My lanai is in REALLY sad shape. The screens are ripped as are the "plastic windows." The room is too hot to enjoy in the summer and too cold in the winter.

My 2021 project is to completely redo the lanai. I will insulating the room; walls and ceiling, putting in new screens and double-pane windows. I think I till be putting in tile flooring but haven't decided on that yet.

Once the room is complete, I will probably move my office out there. I plan on getting a bistro table and chairs and a comfortable chair or two so that I will be able to enjoy it year round.

8/19/20 - Lanai Needs Lots of Attention

2/27/20 - My poor lanai needs LOTS of work! David is taking down the shades which are really in sad shape. The things stored there are theirs for when they can get into their new condo.

2/27/20 - My poor lanai needs LOTS of work! The shades are down but, as you can see, the screening has seen better days. The lanai is still functional and will be one of the last things I tackle in the house.
