8/13/20. Patricia, Mike's daughter, ordered a flag and case for the flag after Mike's death. On her trip across country she stopped in San Angelo, TX at Goodfellow AFB where Mike was stationed, and she was born. Here is a picture she shared with me.
9/16/20 - I finally got my car licensed in Florida. It was quite the hassle as Florida requires all parties on the original title to sign. Since Mike passed away and wasn't able to sign, I had to jump through hoops to get a letter from the lender allowing me to get the car registered. I decided to spend an additional $25/year for a personalized license. The entire $25/year goes to an organization that protects the ocean and I have a pretty license!!
9/17/20 - Here is the sofa, waiting to go out to the curbside. I bought a new sofa and had to move this one out of the way. You might notice Grayson lounging on the sofa, a new favorite place for him.
9/27/20 - I bought a trundle bed and had to leave it in the living room until I could take the twin bed in the guest room out to curbside pickup with the sofa.
9/28/20 - Goodwill wouldn't take the sofa so I had to make arrangements to have it picked up curbside. It was heavy and I had no one to help me so it was a 2-day process getting it outside, where it is sitting here, and then to curbside.
9/28/20 - Baking bread. I read the preferred method to getting the perfect crust at home is to bake your bread in a Dutch oven. A closed Dutch oven will trap the water that evaporates from the dough and convert it to steam under the lid. Well, I didn't have a dutch oven so I had to improvise using 2-loaf pans clipped together. It worked, you can see the beautiful loaf of bread.

10/29/20 - Some people are just plain rude and insensitive to others. Here is a man at Wal-Mart WITHOUT a mask. He is where I need to look for something. I had to wait about 15 minutes, more than a 6-foot distance, until he left so I could get what I needed.
10/12/20 - My handyman installing the faucet in the master bathroom. He also installed the one in the guest bathroom.
