It is about a 2-mile walk from the condo to the grocery store. We walk up and then take the taxi back. The taxi is $3.00 one-way.

We have really enjoyed the Tribu Shiraz and at $4.19 is a very good price.

Susan at Picasso's. This is a "gringo" hangout although the night we had dinner here we were the only ones there.
This is the shopping center where the grocery store, El Rey, is. It is a very nice and modern store and open 24 hours. At the very left end of the building you can see a Subway sign.

Milk is sold not only in the refrigerated section but on shelves as well. These cartons don't need to be refrigerated until open.
